Each of our pieces are made to order and sold through a pre-sale methodology. This ensures we’re only producing what is needed and minimising our waste. This means our lead time (from when you place the order until when it’s ready to dispatch) is an estimated 10-15 working days.  

Once your garments have been made and are ready to be dispatched, the following delivery is applicable (tracking details will be provided) - 

Domestic - £10.00
Dispatched with Royal Mail special delivery within 1-2 working days  

Europe - £15.00
Estimated arrival 6-7 working days

**Please note, this does not cover any additional tax and import costs. As the recipient you are responsible for all import fees which can vary depending on the country.

Rest of the world - £20.00
Estimated arrival 1-2 weeks 

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. The costs of returning are the responsibility of the customer. If returns are lost the customer is liable to pay the full cost of the garments. 

In our mission to minimise waste our garments do not come with swing tags. Returned items must be in perfect condition, they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unmarked in any way. Items must be packaged with the original order card. 

We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not meet these requirements. 

Once it has been inspected and if approved, you will receive your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please be aware that the refunds can take up to 10 days to process after being received back to us.
